You can delete your account, and its data, at any time. Our games have no sign-in and keep your progress on your phone, not on our servers, so each game’s data is deleted in that game.
- In the game: on the home screen, tap the Account button (the person in the top right corner), then tap Delete Account and confirm. This deletes everything the game keeps on that phone: progress, settings, the Styles, Music Tracks, coins (including coins you bought), Hint Tokens or Revive Tokens and Chests you own, your age answer, your player code and your photo Background. It can’t be undone. Uninstalling the game removes them too. If you also want your purchase records deleted, write down your player code first.
- Your purchase records: RevenueCat, which records purchases for us, keeps a record of each one under an anonymous ID. To have yours deleted, use the support form for Short Stack or WordGamr, choose “Delete my account”, and include your player code (it’s on the game’s Account page) and the Google Play order numbers of your purchases (they start with GPA. and are in Google’s receipt emails). We delete them within 30 days and reply when it’s done. After that, those purchases can no longer be restored.
- Messages you sent us: we delete them after 12 months, or sooner if you ask.
We may keep what the law requires for our accounting and tax records. Google keeps its own records of Google Play orders.
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play first: see how for Short Stack or WordGamr. Until you ask us to delete your purchase records, a game’s Lifetime, VIP Themes and Ultra stay with your Google account, and Restore Purchases brings them back.
If you set up a new phone from a backup of your old one, Android may bring a game’s data back with it. You can manage your backups in your phone’s Google settings.
For more about the data we keep, see our Privacy Policy.
