Common questions
How do I restore my purchases?
Open Settings in Short Stack and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure your phone is signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy.
How do I move my progress to a new phone?
On your current phone, open Settings in Short Stack and sign in with Apple or Google. Then sign in with the same account on your new phone. Your progress, Styles and Music Tracks come with you.
How do I cancel my Short Stack Subscription?
Apple and Google manage subscriptions.
- iPhone: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Short Stack.
- Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then Short Stack.
Canceling stops the next renewal. You keep your Subscription until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
How do I get a refund?
Apple and Google handle refunds. On iPhone, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, follow Google Play’s refund steps.
What are the odds in a Chest?
The odds for every Chest are shown in the Shop before you buy.
Why do I see ads?
Ads help support Short Stack. Most are ones you choose, like a revive or a free Chest. Short Stack Subscription removes the ads between levels.
Delete your account
You can delete your Short Stack account and its data at any time.
- In the game: open Settings, tap Delete Account and confirm.
- By email: if you can’t open the game, email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address linked to your Apple or Google sign-in.
We delete your player record, progress, settings, the Styles and Music Tracks you own, your Chest history and your sign-in links, and we ask RevenueCat to delete its record of you. We finish within 30 days. Chests and items you’ve won can’t be recovered afterward.
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first, using the steps above. Apple and Google keep their own records of your purchases.
